For the thrill-seekers in town, Six Flags Magic Mountain is just a short drive away in Valencia. Known as the “Thrill Capital of the World,” it’s packed with record-breaking roller coasters, family rides and classic theme park fun. Whether you’re chasing adrenaline or just want a funnel cake and a Ferris wheel view, it’s the perfect day trip for a little pre- or post-wedding adventure (hopefully when you’re not too hungover from the night before)!

If you’re an aviation enthusiast (or just love cool history), Blackbird Airpark in Palmdale is worth a visit. It’s home to the legendary SR‑71 Blackbird, one of the fastest planes ever built, along with other unique aircraft. It’s a small outdoor museum but full of fascinating photo ops and stories from the golden age of aviation.
